  • Never say, You've ruined my day again.

  • You are in your ideal weight mindset.

  • How do we respond to a negative thought?

  • A fear or food anxiety about the upcoming holiday?

Try this technique we touch on in the webinar https://lily-aronin.mastermind.com/masterminds/27901

Thought: #IAmSarah I am worried about how I'll make all the food for the holiday.

Default weight gain mindset: This thought triggers feelings of not enough, creates a situation of lack, and stops you from receiving enough, time, support, aid, money, health, and love you want.

Thought: I am worried about how I'll make all the food for the holiday.

Ideal weight mindset: I am really invested in having a welcoming celebratory meal for the New year. What do I need to do, ask for help, minimalize, streamline or adjust to make that happen based on my busy schedule?

Thought:

I am worried that I will overeat or overindulge and see why weight skyrocket this holiday and then there are just more and more holidays to come. I feel completely out of control.

Default weight gain mindset: this thought triggers feelings of defeat, lack of motivation, energy, and depression. No matter what you do, failure and disappointment are imminent.

Thought: I am worried that I will overeat or overindulge and see why weight skyrocket this holiday and then there are just more and more holidays to come. I feel completely out of control.

Ideal weight mindset: It is not worth it for me to overindulge and overeat this holiday, it really is a powerful motivation for me to make a plan that I can stick to that will make me feel empowered for the new year with a positive relationship to myself rather than a judgemental one. Let me reach out to my coach to create a doable balance of larger and smaller meals, special strategies for eating out, Like bringing a tea collection with dessert or Bringing snackable gorgeous veggie platters to balance out the challah and honey for every meal.

Negative thoughts are a part of life, especially when there is a remembered past of disappointment or frustration. That does not have to stop you from having a healthy, abundant, and blessed New Year. https://lily-aronin.mastermind.com/masterminds/27901 Share your thought or Questions with me on Instagram @lilyaronin or via
