Ginger Spice Cookies
Recipe
200 gm butter
3 cups whole wheat flour
1.5 cups natural sugar
2-3 tsp cinnamon
2-3 tsp ginger
2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1 egg
2 Tbs milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Fold the butter and sugar together with the spices 2. Add the vanilla and eggs
3. 1/2 the dry ingredients 4. 2 T of milk 5. 1/2 the dry ingredientsrefrigerate for 20 minutes 6. Roll, cut and bake at 180 C 350 F for 8 minutes till golden
