Vegan Berry Blast Smoothie

 

 

This smoothie is a personal favorite and one that my kids love to share as an after school snack when the weather heats up. Plus you know you’re filling them with goodness because it’s super high in calcium, dietary fiber, magnesium, and vitamin C and E. Yummm

Tip: If you have leftover smoothie, it makes a great ice pops.

 

Serves 2

 

1 cup almond milk

1  tablespoon almond butter

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 cup frozen mixed berries and sliced bananas

1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate

7 ice cubes
