Banana Chocolate Chip Breakfast Cookies
This recipe came about one weekend when we were out of cereal!
Ingredients
1 Cup whole oats
1 Cup whole wheat flour
4 mashed bananas
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
2 tablespoons unsweetened date honey (silan) or natural honey
½ cup chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 185 C, 350 F
1. Mash the bananas in a large bowl
2. combine the eggs, silan, vanilla with the bananas
3. Add the flour, salt, baking powder and oats
4. mix in the chocolate chips
5. Bake on a lined sheet until, set 7-10 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack
