Apple Cinnamon Energy Bites

Makes 20 servings

 

Ingredients

3 cups Quick Cook Oats

1/3 Cup unsweetned apple sauce

2 teaspoons Cinnamon

pinch salt

1/3 Cup Almond Butter

1/3 Cup Unsweetened Silan or Maple Syrup

1/3 Cup Chia Seeds

2/3 Cup chopped walnuts

 

Preparation

Mix together the ingredients and roll

Freeze on a baking sheet and then move to storage container

Keep Frozen for up to 6 months
